Sometimes we Barely Survive The Day

Sorry about the lack of postings.  I have been fighting some headaches lately and a lot of other weird things in my body.  I’ve been barely surviving the basic life necessities!  Though I did get lots of seeds planted this last weekend.  Anyway, I have nothing important to say except I hope I can get a decent dinner on the table tonight.  Blech.

  1. I just recently started following your blog and am sorry to hear that you have not been suffering from headaches! I suffered from various headaches and migraines for several years before figuring out what was going on. I found an Applied Kinesiologist who helped me out and my headaches are all gone now. If you’d like more info, I’d be happy to share my experience.

The main thing I have learned about my headaches is that some of them were a direct result of eating food that contained hydrogenated fats (which are in most things and they hang out in your system and build up and then you basically become toxic).

Anyway, rest up, drink lots of water and let me know if you’d like to hear more 🙂

    Cheers!

  2. Thank you Melissa! It has been mostly a recent thing in the last few weeks and I have a suspicion that I know the cause (a particular 9-month illness I’ve been purposefully trying to get, lol) but if that’s not the case I will definitely be trying to figure out what’s wrong. This morning it was so awful that I went right back to bed after getting up. I’m usually up by 6 but have been needing more sleep lately as well. I will have to take a look and see if I eat many hydrogenated fats, though I’m pretty sure I don’t since I cook from scratch using fats like butter, canola oil and bacon grease. But it’s probably like soy… hidden in EVERYTHING.

Thanks for the wishes! I’ll be “testing” my theory this weekend so we will see if that’s the case.
